Integrative Health Coaching provides you guidance to achieving targeted health goals that may include chronic conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease; stress management and implementing changes recommended by your health provider; exercise and weight loss. Integrative Health Coaching provides support through transitions such as grief from loss, divorce, end of life assistance, relocation and retirement.
The foundation of Integrative Health Coaching is based on the Wheel of Health Model at Duke Integrative Medicine and mindfulness principles.
I will guide you to help you connect your personal values to the important goal of achieving a healthier life and work with you as a whole person. I will partner with you to identify obstacles to change and create strategies so you can move forward. I will also support you in tracking your weekly progress and hold you accountable to your commitments as you explore ways to create sustainable change.
